Not to be redundant, but can anybody here provide ANY insight into the agreement between DNAP and Orchid Biosciences?? I've tossed this out a couple of times without any response...

This board seemed like a good DD board, but I'm starting to wonder.....??

Please don't slam me, I thought discussion on this agreement would benefit many, besides myself. I've read it, but don't fully understand the impact to DNAP's future and all their intellectual property.

I'll chalk up the prior non-responses to the recent board distractions with boy, et al.

Would appreciate input.
