I don't know that it's safe to assume anything with GTEM, LOL. I agree that this appears to be the end of the SEC investigation. This is the end result of other SEC investigations I have followed mostly with the options scandals at companies like SIGM that I follow. One caveat, the new auditors have just recently been hired as I recall. I personally think it will take 4-6 months before GTEM has their filings complete and up to date.
