Reverse Mergers

need experts for merger question.. Ok where do i start. i do not know alot about mergers but doesnt it make sense on 90% of R/Mto buy them anytime or the day before the merger?? How can you go wrong..Example: if i bought TEXG ( up 24% today to 3.20 or something like that) even if you bought at 4.oo and the stock is valued at 15.00 how can you go wrong??? For that matter any of them on the reverse merger list on this page...It seems anytime is a good time to get in a hold??? And why do people get in eairly and make 100% profit and sell?? why dont htey hold??? or do they think they can sell and it will drop and they will reinvest because they think it will dip??? sorry for the long questions but i have been wondering this forever??
