My phone calls to Pershing falls on deaf ears and they deny the existence of the DTCC position report.

I can't explain it, all I know is Urban is a crook and stole our money.

We were warned.

HOWEVER, based on the DTCC position report of April or May 04, Pershing's "short" position is over $300,000 (three hundred thousand) for just people I know who used Pershing as their MM.

Still, CMKX was a scam and regardless of whatever "short" position any brokers had, it did not harm us in anyway.

Our harm came from Urban Casavant, the Casavant family, and their friends.
