What I'm hearing on this board is rather amazing, if you step back and look at the whole situation:

- Nobody has a good idea if this company has any real assets.
- The new guy who is supposededly running the company has never been heard from.
- Nobody knows of Roger Pawson is still a director, or even if he is still with the company. We only know he resigned for 4 positions.
- Nobody really knows for sure how many shares there are
- Nobody knows if Roger can sill do his 50:1 conversion, or if he still maintains his 50:1 voting privlidges
- Nobody knows what happened with the race car, Aspen, Charlotte, Stonewall, or other deals.
- Nobody even has an accurate address for the company
- Nobody answers the phone, and nobody returns messages
- The accountant ran
- No news from anybody
- The company went pink with no notice or explanation afterwards
- Company web site is gone
- Stock price has gone to sub-penny
- Lots of talk about overhang, but no details made public
- Pawson has long history of over-promising and under-delivering, and not telling us about bad news after it happens
- Company already endured one reverse split, rumors of another coming
- No more 10K's or other significant financial disclosures. Any recent information comes through back door sources from independent investigations.
- Nobody knows what the new boss's plans are - liquidate or rebuild?

Did I miss anything?

So now ask yourself why in the world would anybody invest in a company like that? The only reason I can think of is that they believe there are some real assets, and that some day they will be rewarded for thier patience. Or, since they lost most everything already, they have nothing to lose by hanging on.

Regardless of how much money I lost on this company in the past, knowing what I know now - you could never convince me to invest in a company like this. Nobody in the company is even offering any hope of a turnaround!

Can anybody suggest anything positive about this company, with some facts to support their statements?

From my standpoint buying stock is this company is not really an investment; it is nothing more than a blind gamble.

Am I missing something?
