But you know what..I no longer care. It is history...in the past, gone.

As an investor I am only focusing on the here and now, this management, and what that may or may not portend for the future.

It appears that this civil suit has reached a point where it is no longer of importance to the company's future going forward. Interesting how these things seemed to have magically become mute issues.

Let Huff deal with it. It's his problem. Not ours.

We have more important things to keep an eye on, and each day they become sharper in focus.
