I don't buy it. ACMG knew they had a NSS problem prior to Siam showing up, and even while the deal was being worked out, Dr C was working on ways to find out who was doing it and how to combat it. I believe Siam went into this with open eyes, and the splitting of the company was an effort to nullify some of the NSS. Of course it didn't really work, but there is no way IMO that Siam did not know there was a "situation" here. That's why they agreed to buy back so much of the float.

Who is this Time Being, and why are we always doing things for it?
