I haven't talked with my Alex birdie since he flew off for SEA on March 13. Here's what I think. I think he got to SEA, and they said, "O.K., let's finalize the deal. You go be our COO, and we'll take care of finalizing all the details of the closing before May 7th". When they dug deeper, they found that the TA had illegally sold massive amounts of stock into the market and pocketed the money, and they have since been trying to figure out what to do with that and how to give the promised dividend after the proposed ARTL spinoff to the ACMG shareholders as well as how to deal with the illegally issued shares. What bothers me is that I don't know how they can do that, whether it will affect their investment in the company, and what we would retain in terms of the company's operations and intellectual property if they decided to not do the deal as proposed and tried somehow to restructure it. Alex will not screw us - of that I am certain. The question is whether he has control enough to keep that from happening if they decide to try to do so.
