FYI: Just got off the phone with etrade. they finally confirmed that the 100 or less lots are supposed to remain unchanged. says they are awaiting delivery of new shares. i asked whether there was a new cusip (i didnt think name changes required a new cusip). he gave the number 64754V105, and claims accounts should be updated soon as they receive shares.
