I have to say, I told you so...it's there, and it tastes like broken glass...hard to swallow...good or bad to follow?

I would surmise that the reason they will not talk about it, or acknowledge it (which is tantamount to lying; which they have done on numerous occasions) is because there must be further legal gymnastics to follow, otherwise there would be no reason for the court to allow this to be withheld from the public, investors or in their reporting (so to speak).

ABB may have rolled on their competition for a slap on the wrist...at least that's what it looks like.
