Breakfast...I start every day with either 4-6 six eggs depending weather or not I have an omelet, sometimes I have cheese on my scrambled eggs or and always if an omelet. If it in not an omelet, I'll have lots of Bacon, Sausage, or some kind of meat with m,y scrambled eggs. I eat 4-12 eggs a day, sometimes more, and I cook them in butter. BTW, I never have breakfast until I have 3-5 large cups of coffee, 4 sweet & lows and a healthy teaspoon of powdered cream, this is my breakfast carb's, my breakfast is pure protein.
Again... My Cholesterol Is 202, it's has been going down steadily since I started on the Dr. Atkins diet.
