I've had time since this morning to go back over the JV agreement and it is very similar if not the same as you describe.
I said that revenues from the JV might be used to finance the Uli agreement. This was not technically accurate in the sense that the revenues do not go directly to Globetel. They go to the JV to be used for foreseeable expenses. The level of the payments going to Globetel from the JV for the boxes could be based on forseeable JV revenues. This in turn could have set the amount of Uli's contract, and the resulting rate of production of the boxes.
This is a different way of stating what I was trying to say earlier.
