Nerd, this is one we will always disagree on, because through time most everything that CB wrote at the time about Timmy and Globetel came to fruition unlike the writings of Tim Huff and Globetel that have yet to produce anything and that we now know NEVER WILL. My point about Uli (because I feel he also sold the idea of Russia (lawsuit) and Germany to Timmy) was that had we never done the deal to begin with, we would not have owned the Hotzone rights that got us into trouble in the first place. And now that we are being sued we are just handing said rights/equipment right back to Uli and paying him more to take them back. So to sum it up, all we have gained from Uli and Hotzone thus far is.....

and 70 radios for a JV (yet to be consumated) that has promised more money for Uli
