(haven’t been following the GTEM spin for awhile now) Why outsource Hotzone deployment by using Trimax as an authorized reseller? Looks like GTEM just re-negotiating what they already had (Uli and Hotzone tech). What am I missing/not following? Where's the benefit to GTEM or their SH w/ this agmt? Would you please post the terms on the orig acquisition? TIA—I know you have everything so well organized and easily retrieved……..
