I just got off the phone with Wilson, and he gave some clarification of what's happening. First off, Rick did some leg work at KM 88 before KRY got the concession, and that is where the "experience in Venezuela" may come from. Second, he believes that the GPGD report used some data that was more than a few years old, and this is the reason why it can't be the basis for a 43-101 report. Third, once he meets with the GPGD guy and gets the all the materials for review, he estimates a high probability that the deal will happen. Fourth, the deal is not with Regent but with another company that he could not name at this time.
