What restriction are we talking about?

I apologize for being ignorant of the share restriction. I am not exactly sure what you all are referring to when talking about a share restriction. I currently own unrestricted stock of JMCP. What is this exactly? Is this pertaining to the fact that since we don't have a bid, we can't sell anyway, basicaly meaning our share are restricted? I would love a good explanation. thanks!
