we have yet another interesting situation on the usse board. lol. don't we always. i would appreciate some insight.

there was a recent message in which the poster called the ceo of a company a "swindler." in most situations, there is no problem with that. posters are fully permitted to call stocks, companies, and even management several unsavory names. the interesting situation here is the ceo who was called a "swindler" has posted here five times.

now, greenpower has never engaged in a conversation. his posts are spare. even though he is a member, is he granted the same rights that regular posters are granted? furthermore, his position as a ceo of a company adds a unique detail to the situation.

on the usse board, at one time we did have a management figure post regularly. if he had been called a name, i would have deleted that post (i wasn't the moderator at the time). he was a regular poster. however, by absolutely no means is the ceo of usse a regular poster. it's not even close.

also, where does ihub stand on other posters calling others "bashers" and "pumpers"? it would seem to me that this is a breach of the terms of use, as it is calling others names. the problem here is that the terms are so common that scads of posts would have to be erased daily.

again, thanks for all input.
