KP - Investment warning --I have just put the kiss of death on this stock. I bought a 1,000 shares on Tuesday for 36 cents with the profit I made on RTEK earlier this year. I was getting itchy with my US dollar account just sitting there.

You are aware of my OTCBB investing history so I thought I would warn you in advance just in case you wanted to bale. (Grin)


You know, I just took another look at their latest filing yesterday and after some choking and coughing I thought to myself... geeze! How can they be seriously chasing the amount of business we are led to believe based on their PRs of late? They are issuing (for THEM) a ton of shares (if I read correctly) to satisfy the day to day expenses and don't seem to have any money behind them!

Did you read the response from Kelly a few days back posted here about plans to actually satisfy production demands if the irons in the fire should actually get hot...? I think SirFelix posted that reply to a Q (?) ... anyway I thought it a little odd ...then seeing they were running a negative cash balance (again lol) and were basically in overdraft area and running on "fumes"...

well I know I am rambling but I was thinking there is no way anyone would buy this stock based on THESE fundamentals and apparent lack of capital behind them AND THEN you go ahead (an accountant no less LOL) and take a position (small as it may be <g>)

Go figure, huh! What made you do it? Hoping to get lucky again? The profits burning a hole in your pockets? Can't get away to Las Vegas to squander it on the crap tables?
