WilliamFL: Thanks for the info. In a post (which was deleted) I wrote an opinion on this lawsuit finality (and also the SEC investigation) happening around July 1st. The lawsuit settlement part happening on the sooner side of July 1st is a positive sign, but I wouldn't be surprised if a delay required 1 more short extension closer to July 1st.
The end of the lewsuit is positive, and if the end of the SEC investigation follows suit around that time, all the better...there is likely to be a bit of delay in announcing the SEC exit, in my opinion.
