Maintain station for up to 10 days - looks like they'd be awfully busy shuttling airships up and down if the Skysat were to be used for WIFI applications. My guess is they're aiming for surveillance tasks, but who knows.

A 10 day mximum implies untethered flight, but then operating unmanned in FAA controlled airspace becomes an issue to contend with. Lots of questions to be answered.
