Doma, I guess my math must be wrong because,


I compute that 6,000,000 before reverse split shares divided
by 40,000,000 = 15%.

I also compute that 14,000,000 shares after the reverse
split divided by 40,000,000 = 35%.

Please Help, What am I missing?
