Doma, 2,000,000 shares prior to the reverse split

is NOT the same 2,000,000 shares per year today.

Previous to RS 2,000,000 was equal to 2,000,000.

These same 2,000,000 shares became 666,666.66 shares
after the reverse split(2,000,000 / 3).

Today if they issue 2,000,000 options per year for
7 years then it would be equal to issuing 6,000,000
prior to the RS. This is the same as giving options
totaling 42,000,000 when compared to the number of shares
prior to the RS.

What some of us are saying is that giving away 42,000,000
shares with just 42,000,000 share float is like giving
away our investment.
