Bigtim---You're unbelievable! Once again you stridently declare you will vote NO! And yet you have the unmitigated audacity to conclude with: "I affirm my view that the best outcome would be for the proposals to pass by only a handful of votes, because that would minimize the disruption and would constitute a sufficient rebuke by the shareholders."

That is the equivalent of asserting that you will vote Republican, but at the same time you want to "(re)affirm my view that the best outcome" for our country would be a Democrat win. That is Squaring the Circle Logic!

But go ahead bigtim and continue to indulge in Squaring the Circle logic. I suppose it is a very nice skill to have. Continue arguing that the "best outcome" for WAVE is a YES vote, but you intend to vote NO.
