IF you have the knowledge about what has really happened behind the scenes there are a couple of things you can do...

1. a PR and disclose everything you know

2. a lawsuit with plenty of forensics

The PR discloses only one person/company's side of the facts. Just look at the PR by Global Link and then how the DTCC responded publicly.

Then there's the new lawsuit angle. I will say that Urban is the good guy in all this despite the current popular opinion by so many. How could he get the information out about what has happened? By allowing his company to sue him. Then what happens? Subpoena's.

Get ready to be surprised when you see just who gets subpoenaed. Sure we'll see various insiders. But those brokerages that have held a large NSS position and those at the SEC and DTCC that allowed this policy to take place...get ready to employ your legal staff!

You will have your hand on the Bible. You have been forced into a corner and you don't even know it yet. Let's see? Perjury covering up fraud/counterfeiting/manipulation/aiding and abetting or...settlement?

Talk about one hell of a plan. Pure genius.
