I assure you that, if the present excessive options proposal is defeated, a more reasonable and modest options proposal will be prepared to supplant it, and a special meeting will be scheduled to consider it.

If the current proposal passes, a substantial no vote may serve to remind the board of its fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders, and thereby moderate the likelihood of any excessive options grants.
