Bruce, thanks for prompting me to do a bit of spring cleaning inside my 'puter.

I ran updated versions of SpyBotS&D, Adaware, and my anti-virus software, (a freebie called AntiVir XP http://www.free-av.com/ ), plus Ace Utilities.

Found:

362 megs of junk
15 worms
72 "objects"

Holy Cow!

I have a physical firewall, i.e., router, so I figured I was pretty safe.

HAH!
