Do you really want to argue that a different BOD would have made a difference in getting trusted computing deals done in the "commercial world"? What sort of executions are you referring to?

You also need to consider the possibility that an aggressive bottom line BOD might have prevented WAVE from achieving its present Cat Bird status.
