Wave is where it is today because of present management. The key personnel have been with the company for years. Whether we ultimately own the world or just make a small impact SKS and company have reinvented us numerous times and kept us at the top of an unbelievably fast changing security world. Financial decisions were made on where to allocated funds hundreds of times in the last ten years. Second guessing how the funds were spent and if we would be better off had the money been spent differently is ludicrous. SKS and present management is unbelievable. This is like a Cinderella story. So you may disagree with the options plan as presented but please don't confuse yourselves about the achievement that has unfolded before you.
