re BOD...I assume you've heard of Carl Ichon? He will take a position of 5-10% of the shares of a company and then turn around and DEMAND a seat or two for his cronies on the respective BOD. We as a group represent ~25% of the float....any reason why the Wavoid community should be denied a seat on the BOD? BTW..if we had a seat on the BOD who represented THIS institution...do you truly believe that this proxy would have seen the light of day?
