Hope Goldman finally gets off the pot. Do we know if the A/S is only 15 mil as posted back in March? I remember the following:

If the SEC is using the 15 mil A/S figure to calculate percentage ownership in 2000 tells me that the A/S has to be 15 mil not the bogus 505 mil I have seen elsewhere
