That's a great story!!! I don't blame you for reacting that way...I would have too if it came as a surprise like that LOL!

My family has always just accepted it too...no one ever said a word they just knew. And they always treated my girlfriends like they were part of the family too.

Terri's family (with the exception of the raving lunatic that now inhabits the room downstairs...wait till I tell you her newest thing!) have treated me like they've known me all their loves from day one! Even her ex-husbands family has always been great to me.

The kids...up until she came out 'officially' it was great...after that it got pretty bad for a while. The last 3 or 4 years have been great since they grew up and got lives (and kids) of their own.
