Back from meeting, here are my notes.
* Opening offices in Munich, Germany & Asia
* Sysco deal begins on 11/27, 400 salespeople selling TenderPrime
* SuperValue 1000 stores, will ship 400 - 600 cases initially, not to all stores
* Rich Plan, in-home sales agreement
* Muller AI Insemnigel (sp ?) extends semen life. In Turkey this is important because normally
you only have 2 hrs to work with out of the animal, the gel extends it to 6 approx.
* 3 million cash in the black - 30,000 only in long-term debt.
* by 11/15 we will have Q3 financials
* Dr. Carlson will become more of a figure in the Struthers family. Currently he is a consultant.
* Entering pacific rim marketplaces. China, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand.
