Snackman- I know you said "I am finished" and I understand, but I hope you will respond one more time. It seems that SKS is outright lying to us! It appears to me that Wave knew exactly what they were doing and are now treating us like nincompoops with that garbage about the change time, the lawyers, and costs.
per SKS:
Wave thought they were going back to the same percentage they had back before the split. They did not even give the 500,000 a second thought, because that what it was before the split.
Wasn't the 500,000 option grant reduced to 166,666 by the reverse split. Now, if Wave pushes the grant back up to 500k without a coinciding forward split the option opportunity for any individual(s) has been tripled. This affects us directly by a corresponding dilution of our interest in Wave. I do not think that any shareholder would vote for that. If my understanding is correct, then SKS's statement above and then the conjured up justification has changed my mind and my votes to NO. Please answer whether my understanding is correct about the option grant numbers. By the way, I suppose that the situation has been covered adnauseam, but I am behind the curve here.
If you can't, perhaps someone else will help me out.
thanks, hnstabe
