Snackman,

We have a proxy. We have right to vote on the proxy. Are you calling voting on the PROXY "micromanagement?"

What are you really saying? Are you really suggesting we should do away with proxies? Just let the BoD decide without us? Only vote on the BoD itself - or should we just let the CEO appoint them?

That'd be a lot simpler.

It is true, as you say, that that is why we have a CEO and BoD - to manage the company.

However, I have concerns about the BoD and where their allegiance lies.

Can I have those concerns and still believe in the gestalt? Or am I banned from the island?

While Weby has said some eloquent words about trust, I think this isn't just about trust... it is about who owns this company. Weby probably wrote about that too. But... Just, who works for whom? Am I suppose to vote correctly so they will approve of ME?

And if I don't, is that micro-management?

I suggest that any of you that have a real problem with this, either write letters, send e-mails, or better yet, show up at the SHM and talk to the BOD and CEO, who will all be there, under one roof at one time.

The BoD doesn't have email addresses on the Wave website. Think they want my email?

I think I will just vote. That's enough. I don't need to spend 1000 wave shares going to the meeting. I don't need to write letters, or start a campaign.
