Weo, if INRA and ABB settled with any other conditions or strings attached - would they have to report it? I am not a legal expert by any means, but is it possible to have some kind of agreement between parties that does not have to be reported in the filing? We all have to remember that INRA (not ABB) was awarded $3 million. This means that ABB was in the wrong and acknowledged it. Why else would they pay us anything? They owed INRA something for damages and it was paid.

The question is, "Do they owe us more?", and if so, how will they pay up?

It's really quite sad that INRA shareholders haven't been told the details about the lawsuit settlement. There are MANY questions that we shouldn't have to keep guessing about. The answers to these questions are necessary to justify continued investment in the company.
