RE: today's offer, I figured you'd think this was real low. Maybe at some point in your conversations with mgmt. you could see what their strategy was in issuing a PR for this. It's my understanding that they were simply responding to rumors about a buyout (in the first PR), but they would not have to make it public if they didn't want to.

It will be interesting on how they announce a rejection of the offer-- I would believe they would have to give some other positive news if they wanted to support the PPS.
