Vasco, I'm not away ;] Just-got-back..Actually I'm considering all related-possibilities; As I just returned here...And need to still catch up on some the posts...Also doing some 'other' research as we speak relating to this...

...One thing I still believe for sure...I can not see our BOD satisfied with a poultry $ 38 cent offer...No way.

...Perhaps a 'Decimal' point error in PR ?....Believe it or not, That IS a much-more realistic of a price, meaning [that of $3.80]...rather that $ .38

...I know the bashers will say, 'Wishful Thinking'...

...There is NO WAY, I (and most 'long' investors here) am/are off base with my/our prior reasonable calculation/s by that much; None

...And 'if' that is the correct amount in today’s PR...I have to believe then 'other' terms or 'options' of consideration will also be forthcoming as additional renumeration of derived value exchanged for.

...That is the only logical conclusion/circumstances I see so far that would also tie into prior research provided and performed. ;)
