well..lets outline the real play here:

Its a shell, waiting on a new company. Ultra is out of the picture right? I think the reinstatement last month is them (shell broker/owners) getting it ready and attractive for a new company. Any future dd should be aimed at finding out who is brokering this shell...and ive been digging into that.
