Allotments in the 500k area likely mean...

heavy hitter recruitment. We're not talking Joe-Blow software guy here. We're talking rainmakers in market segments - people with contacts who can bring in large coin, big time product/sales executives from Fortune 100 companies, etc.

The day they start handing out 500k options to secretaries and CFOs, software developers, is the day everyone needs to think about finding another passion to invest in.

Unfortunately, this hasn't been communicated well by Wave and their track record speaks for itself. I am forced to vote No unless and until better clarification is provided.
