MY QUESTION RE: NEW LICENSEE
Would it be fair to say that we will see a new licensee
by year end?

Answer:
Yes.
The company is well aware of Bill Merit's announcement on the
recent conference call regarding the signing of a new licensee
in that time frame. She explained that the Company is very
cognizant of investors expectations regarding this matter.




MY QUESTION:RE:INSIDER SELLING
Should we expect to see any year end insider selling
from Howard and folks.

Answer:
To the best of her knowledge Howard took care of that in
September.
She added nothing has crossed her desk to date regarding any
insider selling.


MY QUESTION: RE: FORBES ARTICLE AND FRANK MARSALA
Have you discussed with Marsala ... his comments in the article?

Answer: Yes ... he was extremely bothered by the quote as it
was taken out of context and did not represent his analysis. He
has contacted the magazine and expressed his dismay.

IDCC is drafting a response for publication.

MY QUESTION TO YOU...
What has changed since December 3rd
when we were trading above 21?

NOTHING.....
A misleading,inacurate article in Forbes has done nothing more then create a short term buying opportunity at the bottom of our recently established higher trading range.

Sometimes in our greatest darkness comes the light.

We have held up quite well ... and short a possible dip in the AM IMHO we mshould be able to look back at this moment in a very short while trading at higher levels.

I did some buying today and will tomorrow. This too shall pass.
I will try to post a few additional thoughts a bit
later..........
