The DOD is requiring all systems have TPM but have not decided to standardize on any software. This could be 1 year or a few years before they decide to move forward.

Right now they are focused on HSPD-12/PIV-2 (No current TPM requirement). As for DAR, bbigtime is correct, the way it was written Wave misses on at least 10 requirements in the RFP.

It was written for Utimaco, PointSec, WinMagic, Safeboot and possibly Credent.

The FIPS certification that must be met is 140-2.
