Yes you seem confused, as do a lot of folks, BUT UNDERSTAND...you are not voting for what is said during any cc; you are not voting for anything that sks says thru e-mails and phone calls here; you are not voting for what others say the proxy really means.

You in fact are required to STUDY the words in the proxy...THAT's all you're voting for.

If you think that 500K option-GRANTS are too much, say so w/your vote.
If the Co really needs an up-dated option plan, it can come back w/something much more in-line w/reality.
