4/19 CEO INTERVIEW Summary for Newbies:

This just a repost but it may help some new investors who missed the interview:

Synopsis of Interview: WOW!:

Several Very Key Things (imo) I noted:

1. The Management seems very down to earth and credible.
Native Americans are are Second Largest Owners of Land in the USA. Over 1000 closed wells just in Montana, Approx 40,000 in the US

2. The indicated they are financially sound and have no need of dilution due to creative financing which is not TOXIC financing by the off shore sharks which many pennies have to go to.

**Very recent loan $5M of 8% money is fantastic for a pink

3. 73% of all O/S is locked up by insiders and profit sharing

4. *Socially Conscience Hedge Funds are a funding channel. These guys help the stock price it is in their interest to move the SP north.

5. 3 Acquisitions on the horizon in talks (lawyers)

a. 100k acres - in the North West
b. 50k acres - in SE Montana Powder Basin
c. Alaska - 50Mil Rev /yr

6. Wind Energy for Tribes with no resources

7. Ethanol is a major potential

8. Rig to be on site within 1 month

9. Platinum TV doing a story on them July - Aug Release National Geographic 2 segments Nationally. Regional 48 Spots

10 By Mid to late summer $1.5 Million in Revenues/Month

11. Net Income per $1mm/month

12. Head Geologist comes from Exxon

13. Shell is a signed customer for their oil


This was an excellent interview imo. Those gentleman seem very credible and they said they have everything they own backing starting the company
