Is it possible that SKS was floating a trial ballon to ascertain what would fly with the shareholders? Politicians do this quite frequently & then come back with a more reasonble proposal. I know that he started out as an engineer, but over the past few years he has had to amp-up his business savvy skills to keep this venture going. Just a thought. GKC
