It happens all the time. Doesn't affect trading. As soon as the report is filed it's gone. In this case it was a deliberate event to begin to straighten out the companies financials. As long as the form is filed, the E is gone, no harm no foul. Been in several situations before. Could be a red flag, but Peacock has been brought in to get the company ready for something, which is the play. IMHO
