I think the individual means Accrued payroll taxes with Brazil Government ie payments of taxes by installments.


The company has negotiated all of these back taxes – some 13 individual agreements with installments up to April 2011. This is typical in Brazil .


The company undertakes the payment of the installments on a monthly basis (US$15,000 approx) so in 2007 estimate US$180,000
