Simply my opinion

I have been a long since 1997 and still hold all my shares. Most here know my position regarding management "bonuses" so I will not review that again.
However, I am voting alongside of AWK with a resounding NO.

This company needs to put up and post the numbers that are needed to get beyond bleeding red ink at shareholder expense.

There will be plenty of opportunity LATER to discuss options AFTER the shareholders, for a change, are put FIRST on the concern list. As far as I am concerned, a change in BOD would not be a bad thing and might actually bring some fresh life and independence to the executive board room that might look out for the company and its owners, US.

The time for financial performance is NOW, not next year. No more excuses about it isn't time yet, or it got pushed back, or whatever. Sometime this management team has got to deliver and account for their very high compensation while delivering nothing but a river of red ink and shareholder dilution.

Until that happens, I think it is beyond ludicrous to come to the shareholders asking for another blank check to enable yet another inside group to gain financially from this company while we as shareholders see our stock and positions continually eroded.
The only people making real cash money from this so far is the management and bod.

JUST SAY NO is a real good slogan. Accountability is not asking too much. Rewards come AFTER success, not before.

HAve a good day all,
