Next time you talk to either of them. Will you please ask them why there's such a difference in the appearance and wording for certs representing shares purchased in 2003 compared to certs for shares purchased in 2004. I have two certs in front of me that represent the scenario outlined above. The two certs are for shares in the same brokerage account that were obtained from the transfer agent at the same time yet are very different in appearance.
