Urban and clan certainly didn't profit handsomely prior to Dec 2003. Some were very close to going bankrupt over the CMKM Diamnond saga. I personally talked to people close to some of the family members who knew exactly how dire their situation was.

Do you believe that the dilution in 2004 and the opinion letters provided will standup under future review ?

As far as I'm concerned Urban was a dope. The perfect patsy to sell a dirty shell to.
