I won't say anything further until we receive more information. If Wave is on the up and up and are looking for these options as a way to entice future employees, then I will salute them. But at the moment, I am still a little concerned about the timing of this request.

Overall, I do think the request for expansion of the option program is bullish for the future of the company and it would appear sooner rather than later. I don't think the current program expires until 2009 so their request is a year earlier than necessary. I don't know how many shares are still available under the old plan though. If there are still shares available under the old plan, then the request is very bullish meaning its not a question about having options to distribute but more about the timing of having additional options to distribute.
